American Cut Buckhead joins the celebrated steak scene in Atlanta, offering a contemporary dining experience with modern and signature interpretations on fine dining classics. The restaurant will offer a unique multi-level dining experience which includes a bar and grill, a dinner-only dining room and a rooftop terrace. American Cut captures the nostalgic glamor of yesteryear and adapts this ambiance to today’s modern social life.
Chef Marc Forgione combines bold flavors and a personal style to create unique renditions on American classics such as the popular Chili Lobster, Pastrami Spiced Ribeye and the 42 oz. Tomahawk Chop. A mix of tableside preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned to the OG 1924 Caesar Salad and the flambéed 52 oz. Porterhouse, create a theatrical and colorful interactive dining experience.
Located in the impressive Buckhead Atlanta shopping development, the first level will feature a more casual bar and grill dining experience serving both lunch and dinner. As guests make their way to the second floor, they are welcomed to a 125 seat main dining room where they can enjoy the Atlanta-adapted signature menu for a more upscale dinner service. The rooftop terrace that sits atop the restaurant is perfect for a pre or post dinner drink. Here guests can experience skyline views of Buckhead at the Regent Cocktail Club which will offer specialty craft cocktails and live entertainment.
