American Cut Steakhouse joins the trendy restaurant scene in Buckhead, offering a contemporary dining experience with modern and signature interpretations on steakhouse classics.
Managing Partner and Executive Chef John Adamson combines bold flavors and a personal style to create unique renditions on American favorites, as well as a mix of tableside preparations, ranging from the Plank-Smoked Old Fashioned, the chopped "OG" 1924 Caesar Salad and the flambéed 52 oz. Porterhouse, creating a unique and lively interactive dining experience.
The restaurant offers a unique multi-level dining-out experience including:
- The Cut Bar; American Cut's first floor bar and lounge serving craft cocktails, a special bar menu, and happy hour specials Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 7:00pm, with items such as ½ price appetizers and $1 oysters.
- American Cut's deco-designed main dining room located on the second floor, serving dinner nightly and featuring ample private dining rooms with start-of-the-art A/V and customizable event menus ideal for social and corporate gatherings alike.
- The Regent Cocktail Club; the expansive rooftop bar on the third floor of American Cut named "Best lounge in Atlanta" by Jezebel Magazine, offers an expansive indoor/outdoor open-air rooftop experience. Lunch served daily along with a bar menu offered after 3:00pm and live music and DJs.
