Salads for all Seasons - Spring/Summer Edition Using fresh, seasonal produce + other local foodie favorites, Marcy will show you how to prepare three healthy and delicious salads. She will combine bold flavors and hearty ingredients to create salad combinations that you can serve as a satisfying side dish or a main meal. Enjoy a sampling of all the salads created in class.
