From Decatur’s Church Street to downtown’s Flatiron City and Midtown’s Colony Square, coworking spaces have proliferated in recent years, accommodating thousands of Atlanta workers who shun traditional offices.
But a new shared-office venture in Buckhead is aiming for a level of refinement beyond ping pong tables and Friday afternoon Creature Comforts summits.
Launched in Sweden in 2012, a luxury workspace concept called No18 has picked a 32,000-square-foot slot at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta for its debut location in the United States, reps with developer OliverMcMillan announced today.
The No18 “ethos” embodied in a meeting room.
The members-only club for businesspeople will offer a range of flex workspaces, a high-style members lounge, meeting rooms, and private offices and desks, all with concierge-level services, per officials.
The environment is described as “aspirational,” “bright and inviting,” and within walking distance to Buckhead transit.
No18 is scheduled to open in Buckhead this fall on Bolling Way Northeast.
